Case Study
TapTill
Point-of-sale system

Overview
TapTill is a point-of-sale system built for small retail and restaurant chains, running on tablets at the counter with offline support so a spotty connection never stops a sale.
The Challenge
The client's existing POS vendor charged high per-terminal fees, offered no offline mode, and made basic reporting nearly impossible to access. Store managers were exporting spreadsheets by hand just to track daily sales.
The Solution
We built a tablet-native POS with local-first data storage that syncs the moment connectivity returns, integrated card payments via Stripe Terminal, and a manager dashboard with real-time sales, inventory, and staff performance reporting across every location.
Results
- 6 stores
- Running TapTill on day one
- 100%
- Uptime during connectivity drops
- 15 hrs/mo
- Saved on manual reporting
