Overview
An AI-powered analytics tool that ingests customer reviews for a restaurant group and turns them into a plain-English executive brief: sentiment score, root causes, and a ranked action plan, instead of a wall of raw star ratings.
The Challenge
The scenario: thousands of customer reviews piling up with no fast way to know what to actually fix first. Owners need root-cause analysis they can act on the same day, not another dashboard full of numbers with no clear next step.
The Solution
We built a review-ingestion pipeline that batches and analyzes customer feedback with an LLM, producing an executive summary, a primary-advantage / critical-churn-risk breakdown, and a ranked, cited action plan a non-technical owner can act on immediately. A raw review explorer and word-cloud view let owners verify every AI conclusion against the source reviews.

The Rustic Oak Bistro was designed mobile-first, since most of its real-world usage happens on a phone screen.
